9 Points of Culture

These are the points that govern our culture day to day.

1. Integrity:
   We are governed by a higher power, Jesus Christ. Knowing this we should live with the utmost of integrity and not care how living with integrity will affect us in this world. Sometimes living with integrity produces lower profits and that is ok.
2. Work for God:
   We are in a high tech business that does not seem connected to God. All the work we do is ultimately for God. Work as if God is the boss.
3. Consistent Service:
   Clients must know that when they call Yerkotech that they will receive the same great service every time.
4. Honesty:
   If we cannot solve a problem immediately clients need to know. Be upfront about not being able to solve problems immediately.
5. Open Communication:
   Keep the lines of communication open with clients, co-workers, employees, vendors and partners. Follow-up is very important. Keeping clients updated on the status of problems keeps them happy, even if the problem is not solved yet.
6. Pay Bills On Time:
   Vendors should want to work with Yerkotech Computer Solutions. We need to pay our bills on- time or notify the vendor ahead of time if that is not possible. Keep communication open and honest.
7. Self Discipline:
   Similar to Work for God, we are not working for men, we work for God. God is the CEO of this business and each of our lives.
8. Balance:
   Life is about balance. Family time, time with God, refresh time are important too.
9. Constantly Learning:
   Life is all about learning. If we aren't learning we aren't growing. We need to learn from mistakes we make, that will help us grow and become a better company and better people.
