Flat Rate Computer Service

Are you having a problem with your home computer? Maybe it has a virus or the sound doesn't work. Yerkotech offers flat rate computer service to the general public.

What do we mean by flat rate service?

Flat rate means that it doesn't matter what is wrong with your computer, the labor charge will always be the same. You don't have to worry about racking up a huge bill with hourly rates as we don't charge hourly rates. With Yerkotech you will always know what it is going to cost to get your computer fixed, and yes it is less than the big box retail stores.

Why do we charge just a flat rate and not per hour?

When you bring your computer to us, we have the capability of working on multiple computers at one time in our office. Here is an example: We have three computers in for work, one has a virus, the other needs to have Windows reloaded and the third is really slow. We can have a virus scan running on the first one, while waiting for that to finish we can be installing Windows, and while waiting for the next prompt on that one we can be troubleshooting and doing maintenance on the third one. By being efficient we don't need to charge hourly rates for each of these repairs.

We care! We are here to serve you. We not only fix the existing problems with your computer, we run it through our 19 point checklist to be sure your computer is running at top speed and to be sure we have found all the problems, problems you may not even be aware of.

Call us right now at 612.636.6301 to setup a time to drop off your computer. Our office is open for drop off/ pickup service Monday through Friday 8:30 am until 4:30 pm. Or fill out the form below and we will contact you to setup a time for you to drop off your computer.
