Aligning business goals with your use of technology:

As a business owner, how do you feel when you pick-up the phone to call the tech support company with a problem? You have no idea how long it will take to resolve the problem and then how much it will cost in the end. That isn't a good feeling, there is a lot of unknown there.

What if you knew that when there is a problem and you pick-up the phone there will be little or no extra cost in resolving that issue? It doesn't matter if the issue is a simple problem with a Word document or to the extreme where your server crashed. That really puts the business owners mind at ease knowing that the problem will be taken care of and will not cost a fortune.

Knowing that we are on the hook if your server crashes, or for any problem you have, we work our hardest to be proactive and make sure we do everything we can to avoid problems. That doesn't mean problems don't happen, but we are very proactive in fixing the small problems before they become large problems.

This brings us back to the server crash example on the Peace of Mind Monitoring page. A crashed server can cost thousands to fix and there is a good possibility of lost data and work. We remove some of that risk by being on the hook for the labor to get your server running again. if your server crashes, we know all of your data is backed up, because we monitor that, and we will work as quickly as possible to get the server running. We are responsible for the labor cost, not you. How good would that feel?

Be able to easily budget for your technology expenses:

The Gold Peace of Mind Program includes unlimited remote, phone and on-site technical support. We charge a nominal trip charge to come on-site but you also receive one of those free each month.

The program is a set fee each month based on your network configuration and size. You will always know what the cost is without having to worry about a large computer problem blowing your budget.
